Third in a series of articles looking at Bobcat men possible target for the spring recruiting period.
Brandon Romain 6-4 shooting guard
Westchester CC NY
22 points, 5 rebounds, 63% field goal, 29% 3pt field goal 79 % free-throw
Years of eligibility: 2 years (I think)
Recruiting Notes: Romain has an interesting and confusing history with his colleges. Out of high school he was a three star rated player but I think because of grade signed with Post University a NCAA D-2 school. He had an outstanding freshman year including 41 point effort against South Dakota that got him a mention in Sports Illustrated. After his freshman year he decided to transfer to Morehead State (D-1). He lasted only a semester (redshirt year) at Morehead State and transfer Westchester CC. He played this year but sat out a good number of games at the beginning of the season (injury?). I have it on good source that as of right now he will choose between Wichita State and Montana State. Wichita may have the advantage.
Player Summary: Romain is a scorer. He solid penetrator and physically dominate other guard to get to the basket. He also has shooting range out beyond the three point range
