Prep basketball: Montana Players to Watch

So I have been asked, so, below provide a list of the State of Montana high school basketball players that I will be watching this year. As the year goes on I may add more and a few may drop off the list. These are some of the better Boy’s and girls basketball players that I know of in the State. The key words are “ I know of”. There are most likely a handful of player that have not come to my attention that could be added to the list, so do not be afraid to suggest a name or two.

These players do not nessiarily represent the best high school players in the State of Montana but undoubtly most of them do fall into that category. I am not much interested in getting into the finer points of rating player 1-10, but when it is clear Josh Huestis is the best player in the state I do not acknowledging that. Almost all of these kids are on my list because I think or have heard that they could have college potential at some level.

I have organized the players by high school class but after that they are no particular order. I would guess most of these kids have received at least some interest from both the local colleges, but a (*) before a name indicates that I have heard rumors, that they have received some serious interest from a D-1 program. After each name I have listed the college they plan to attend if it has been determined. For under classmen the (D-1 offer?) indicates an athlete I have heard a rumor that this player may have already received a D-1 offer.

I just want to also point out there are a couple players on this list that, for one reason or another, I just like I like them for potential, I may be wrong but I want to track them this year.
