Big Sky RPI: 12-7-09

With about a month behind us in the college basketball season the Big Sky Men’s programs seem to be having quite a good year so far against the teams from the other conferences. Right now the BSC is ranked between 16th and 18th among all conferences nationally. To give some perspective over the last 10 or so years the Big Sky has typically fallen to about 22nd -24th rank conference in the country. Back in the day’s when Nevada, Boise State and Idaho where in the league it was not uncommon to see the Big Sky conference rated about 16th-18th nationally. This week a lot of Big Sky teams are going to be “playing up” as they say so it will be interesting to see if the BSC can continue on its roll of the past four weeks.
